The SSHJ series horizontal double axis blade mixer is used for mixing powdered, granular, flaky, block shaped, miscellaneous, and viscous materials in the feed, grain, food, chemical, pharmaceutical, and pesticide sales industries, and can perform drying and cooling operations on various materials.
Short mixing cycle and high mixing uniformity: Generally, the mixing uniformity CV of materials is ≤ 5% within 45-60 seconds, reducing mixing time and improving the production efficiency of feed mills;
● Large variable range of loading capacity: The variable range of loading coefficient is 0.1-0.8, suitable for mixing different materials in various industries (for materials with a specific gravity greater than 1 and a particle size greater than 2mm, the motor power must be appropriately increased);
Mixing without segregation: It has a wide range of applications for the materials being mixed, especially for materials with significant differences in physical properties such as specific gravity and particle size, without segregation when mixed, resulting in a mixture with high uniformity;
Fast discharge and low residue: The bottom adopts a full-length double door structure, so the discharge is fast and the residue rate is low;
Large amount of liquid addition: Several liquids can be added as needed;
Soft mixing process: Due to its soft mixing and non damaging physical properties of the material.
The machine slot adopts a unique "W" - shaped structure with a small opening, a large middle, and a narrow lower part, making the shape unique and visible, occupying a small area, and reducing residue;
The sealing mechanism of the discharge door adopts mature technology to improve the sealing reliability.
